They are quick and very easy to prepare and could be made alongside the family meal when preparing the same vegetables for dinner. They also make a great snack and can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
Are there any other substitutes for the coating if my baby has an allergy?
The coating of these veggie dippers contains breadcrumbs and egg. So if you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity you could use gluten free breadcrumbs or polenta instead. For an alternative to the egg you could use milk. Cheese and seeds are optional ingredients so can be removed if they have an allergy to them.
