I love simplicity. This is it! Baked nectarines.
You can cook these as they are (naked) or you can also add various spices like cinnamon or star anise and/or herbs like mint to take it to another level.
Chopped nuts are optional too. Just make sure they are chopped really fine (like breadcrumbs) for children under 1.
You could serve with plain yoghurt or a little creme friache.
Kids could easily help make this recipe too.
