This pasta with green sauce recipe is a great way to use greens particularly if your little one is not keen on spinach on it own. It works brilliantly with peas and other tasty ingredients.
The sauce is lovely and creamy from the avocado, cheese and creme fraiche or yoghurt. If you wanted to make it vegan then take away the creme fraiche or yoghurt and substitute the cheese for nutritional yeast.
Spinach and peas are a great source of iron, fibre and other vitamins and minerals. These vegetables along with avocado is a great way to get kids eating vegetables, especially if they love pasta.
