Ginger crackles recipe

Ginger crackles

Ginger crackles are a little delight to make with the wonderful baked ginger aromas.

They are also great as you could make a large batch and have for packed lunches. You could freeze some too.

The recipe has on option of using rye flour instead of plain or a mixture of both. Ground flaxseed can be added too. This will give it more texture and fibre too.
