olive and feta bites

These olive and feta bites can be made into bitesize versions like the recipe or larger for making them part of the meal.

The olives and feta give a tasty salty flavour. You can use whichever olive you prefer. Black ones can taste bitter so green or purple may be easier for kids to try first. You could also add in other veg like tomatoes or sweetcorn if you liked.

Olive facts – Olives are in fact a fruit and not a vegetable. The Kalamanta olive is one of the most popular types around the world.
