This toasted pitta with pea and feta dip recipe is quick to prepare for a crunchy snack that is healthy.
If your toddler or child likes crunchy snacks then this recipe is great as it combines three food groups. Pitta for carbohydrate, feta cheese & yoghurt (dairy) and peas (vegetable). The pitta is crunchy when toasted and the dip provides a smooth texture.
Peas are a great source of iron, fibre and other vitamins and minerals like vitamins C & E.
