Tuna filo parcels are perfectly crisp with a soft centre. This recipe has sweetcorn in but you could use other veggies like peas or broccoli, which would work well.
Perfect as finger foods, these make a great lunch or dinner for toddlers. I suggest serving with a salad or some raw vegetables sticks like peppers or carrots. If your child is under 1 then you may want to serve softer veggies.
